In his role as General Manager, Group Human Resources, in one of the leading oil and gas exploration/production companies, his core focus was on delivering value to the business through the following key perspectives – Led the development/implementation of top-quartile HR/people strategy, policies, systems, processes, and procedures aimed at facilitating the attraction, deployment, development, and retention of critical talents in the exploration and production business Advised management and leaders across the entities on appropriate strategies for managing transformation and business improvement Led the HR function’s interface with industry stakeholders – Unions, NUIMS, NUPRC, HOSTCOM, etc.
Olayiwola is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional and has a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations as well as other HR professional certifications.
